Core material of Vacuum Insulation Panel
M 200 insulation board is mainly composed by fumed silica, and other components like opacifiers and fibers. It is used as the core of vacuum insulation panels (abb. for VIP). M 200 VIP have a very low density as well as the lowest possible thermal conductivity.
The VIP based on M 200 offers the longest service life among all other available core materials. The application temperature range is wider and the performance is more stable.

METHERM standard sized board (1000*600*25mm) would be packed by honeycomb pallet carton with 76 pcs quantity in each pallet. And the size of pallet would be 1120x1420x1100 mm and 20’ GP FCL can full-load 16 pallets. The packaging also could be customized according to your order.
The board must be handled and stored in dry and ventilated conditions.
