It is a highly efficient advanced thermal insulation material, made by rigid core material and out barrier film envelope. It’s characterized by high insulation performance with less weight, which could obstruct the heat transmission. Now VIP is the most advanced insulated material in the world.

 


CHARACTERISTIC

Outer Barrier

The lifetime and performance of VIPs depends on the quality of outer barrier or envelope material.

 

Inner Core Material

Super fine fiberglass panel (fiberglass diameter around 2~4u).

The core has the small contact face and low thermal conductance, which also can support the panel walls to prevent VIPs surface retracted or hollow under vacuum.

 

Getter/ Desiccant

The getter is often inserted to core material to absorb gases and moisture that released by the core material and slowly penetrated through the barrier during VIPs application, thereby to keep vacuum conditions and high vacuum level inside VIPs.
