APPLICATION
Here are the main applications which fumed silica could be used into. Exact grade is up to final customer's formulation request.
For coatings & paints: thickening, rheopexy, antisettling, dispersing, fluidity, increase anti-corrosive property.
For printing inks: thickening, rheopexy, anti-settling, water balance, increase brightness and contrast.
For HTV silicone rubber: reinforcement, increase dielectric property.
For sealants & adhesives: Thickening, rheopexy, increase adhesive force.
For UPR: Thickening,increase thixtropy property.
For Heat insulation materials: heat insulation ( VIP: vacuum insulation panels for construction, refrigerator, coolers of transport blood, medicine, etc---shrink the panel dimension volume while increase the thermal insulation property).
For Gel battery: thickening, rheopexy, fixing electrolytes.
For Super Absorbent polyesters (SAP): used in baby diapers or water-retaining agent for agriculture.
For Defoamer: Thickening,anti-settling,adsorption.
For Cable filling paste: thickening, increase thixotropy property.
For Casting: Thickening, anti-sagging, increase glossiness.
